Take your practice upside down in this foundational inversion class. In this class you will have a taste of the how prepare your body for safely getting into and out of the proper alignment for tripod and headstand. Suitable for all regular yoga students (with a minimum 3-month practice).
Not suitable for those with neck or shoulder injuries or those who suffer from high blood pressure.

Miryam grew up in Guayaquil, Ecuador. After university, Miryam moved to Barcelona, Spain to pursue post graduate studies in finance. After her master’s program in 2009, she soon arrived at the realization that her heart was somewhere else. Naturally, she gravitated towards deepening her own yoga practice and enrolled in a 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training course. After the training, she resigned from her corporate job and made plans to start a new career as a full time Yoga teacher.
Miryam has been teaching Yoga in various studios among Ecuador, Barcelona, Thailand, and Singapore for over 12 years. During this time, she also developed her own system, @yogaBaseFlow.
She is passionate about spreading her love for yoga and helping others in their journey. Since 2020, her new focus is teaching workshops, teacher trainings, festivals, and retreats around Southeast Asia, while still teaching group and private classes.
For Miryam, Yoga is a way of finding balance in between strength and flexibility on the yoga matt and off the mat.
