Are you ready to add movement and height to your Acro practice? You’ve seen pops and wanted to try them, but aren’t sure about technique yet. This class will take you through the fundamentals of Icarian pops, alignment, and how to receive your flyer safely. We will work with progressions and spotters to get everyone flying safely through the air

Acro Pop and Flow Washing Machine

Level: Beginner, Intermediate
Do you love the movement and fluidity of an acro flow? Let’s add in some thrills with accessible pops! This Beginnermediate acroyoga class will teach you to flow through smooth transitions and incorporate beginner-mediate pops. Learn how to fly, base, and spot to ensure safety and success for everyone. It is recommended that you have some experience with AcroYoga, but all levels are welcome. No partner necessary.
About Jonathan Rea
Hailing from California, Jon Rea has a passion for the beach, the outdoors, and acroyoga. After years of weightlifting, he discovered a love for yoga which has evolved into a passion for acrobatics. His combined 7 years of yoga, acroyoga, and standing acrobatics have fine-tuned his capacity to use his body, collaborate with partners, and lift others to new heights. His practice time is devoted to training with former acrosports competitors, creating new transitions and flows, and deepening his understanding of alignment and technique. Jon travels around the world to share his love of acroyoga, the thrill of learning something new, and the joy of human connection.
